Creation of a new healthcare brand and scalable framework to support current and future product offerings.

MPS Medical, Inc. was originally established as a manufacturer and supplier of FDA-approved medical devices and now serves as a U.S. hub for the licensing, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality, foreign-developed medical technologies. Ease Healthcare, a registered DBA of MPS Medical, Inc., serves providers and patients as a distributor of clinically validated diagnostics and advanced health and wellness devices.

CHALLENGE

MPS Medical, Inc. was preparing to introduce LEAP, an advanced diagnostic test, and partnered with Inform Solutions to support its market entry. Successfully bringing LEAP to market required not only clear product messaging, but also a cohesive healthcare brand and brand architecture capable of supporting LEAP and other offerings across multiple audiences.

SOLUTION

Inform Solutions worked closely with the MPS team to develop a new brand umbrella, Ease Healthcare, under which LEAP and other products could be introduced. This work included naming guidance, brand positioning, visual identity development, and the creation of a flexible brand system designed to support expansion across audiences and product types.

Following the launch of Ease Healthcare, Inform Solutions continued to partner with the team on an ongoing basis to support product launches. This included development of product messaging, packaging, launch materials, and published communications, as well as defining and refining workflows to ensure cross-functional collaboration, regulatory awareness, and smooth execution.

RESULTS

Ease Healthcare launched with a clear and credible healthcare brand, along with a repeatable framework for introducing new products. The brand foundation and launch systems developed by Inform Solutions supported consistent, compliant, and efficient rollout of new offerings while positioning Ease Healthcare for long-term growth.
